Standard Form 118B (SF 118B): Land, Supplement to Report of Excess Real Property

Standard Form 118B (SF 118B), Land, is Schedule B, a supplement to the Report of Excess Real Property. The footer says it is prescribed by GSA FMR (41 CFR) 102-75.115, and GSA hosts a copy in its forms library. GSA's page lists the same citation as its authority or regulation.

The schedule is a one-page table with 34 numbered lines. Each line takes a tract number, the name and address of the former owner or lessor, the tract acquired and the excess real property in acres/hectares or sq. ft./m², the cost, the annual rental, the type of acquisition and any restrictions on use or transfer of the Government interest. Block 3 has boxes for the Government interest: lease, license, permit, easement, fee or informal agreement.

The footer says it is authorized for local reproduction and that the previous edition is not usable. The PDF prints no instructions, signature line or filing address. You can fill it out free in your browser on this page and download the result without an account.
