Standard Form 118A (SF 118A): Buildings, Structures, Utilities, and Facilities

Standard Form 118A (SF 118A), Buildings, Structures, Utilities, and Miscellaneous Facilities, is Schedule A, a supplement to the Report of Excess Real Property. The footer says it is prescribed by GSA FMR (41 CFR) 102-75.115, and GSA hosts a copy in its forms library. GSA's page lists the same citation as its authority or regulation.

The schedule is a one-page table with 34 numbered lines. Each line takes a holding agency building number, a description, cost, outside dimensions, floor area in sq. ft./m², number of floors, clear headroom, floor load range and any restrictions on use or transfer of the Government interest. A TOTAL line has boxes under the cost and floor area columns. The header asks for the holding agency number, the page count of the schedule and the annual rental, and has a GSA control number box for GSA use only.

The footer says it is authorized for local reproduction and that the previous edition is not usable. The PDF prints no instructions, signature line or filing address. You can fill it out free in your browser on this page and download the result without an account.
