Reconciliation of Sale of Government-Owned Personal Property
GSA Form 3169, Reconciliation of Sale of Government-Owned Personal Property, is a General Services Administration form, REV. 7-95 in its footer, prescribed by FSS P 4055.11. GSA hosts it in its forms library.
The form records one sale by region, sale number, sale date and location, then sets out its totals from three sources: the receipts collected and the uncollected GSA Forms 27/27A, the amounts shown on GSA Forms 27/27A, and the recorder's copy of the sale. A collection officer, a sales contracting officer or designee and an independent person each sign for their figures.
The sales contracting officer certifies whether the totals in blocks 6, 10, and 13 match and whether the total proceeds on the receipted GSA Form 3594 returned by Finance Division are correct. The sales manager signs the final review. You can fill it out free in your browser on this page and download the result without an account.
