Request for Determination of Reasonable Value (Real Estate)
VA Form 26-1805 is the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Request for Determination of Reasonable Value (Real Estate). It is an appraisal request for a property, with fields for the property, the loan type, special instructions, points of contact for property access, the requester and the Veteran or borrower. A VA use only section, to be completed by the system, records the assigned appraiser, the order and due dates and the appraisal fee.
The requester is a business or lender. Section V names the business or lender, the requester and a sponsor type of lender or servicer, and the person authorizing the request signs the certification. The form lists the Veteran's and other borrowers' names and contact details, but has no signature line for them. VA's page lists the form under Housing assistance.
