VA Form 26-1852: Description of Materials

VA Form 26-1852 is the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Description of Materials. It describes the materials and equipment to be used in a house marked as proposed construction or under construction, item by item, from excavation and foundations to plumbing, heating, wiring and landscaping. VA's form page lists it under Housing assistance.

The form says the construction is completed in compliance with the related drawings and specifications, and that the specifications include this Description of Materials and the applicable Minimum Property Requirements. The header names the lender or sponsor and the contractor or builder, and the last page is signed by the builder and, if known at the time of application, the proposed purchaser.

The PDF has six pages and 27 numbered items. You can fill out the PDF free in your browser on this page and download the result without an account.
