Lender's Staff Appraisal Reviewer (SAR) Application
VA Form 26-0785 is the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Lender's Staff Appraisal Reviewer (SAR) Application. It is completed by a mortgage lender and the employee it nominates as a staff appraisal reviewer under the program the form calls LAPP, not by a Veteran or borrower.

Any SAR ID number from a previous LAPP approval, a disclosure of sanctions, and a conflicts of interest statement that the reviewer may not be employed by or perform appraisal review services for any other lender and may not be on the VA fee panel.
Experience shown in an attached resume, statement of work experience or evidence of HUD Direct Endorsement participation, reviews done under chapter 13 of the VA Lender's Handbook, then the nominee's signature in ink and date.
