VA Form 22-0976: Application for Approval of a Program in a Foreign Country

VA Form 22-0976 is the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Application for Approval of a Program in a Foreign Country. It is a school form, not a student application. VA's form page says a school administrator at a foreign college or university uses it to apply for initial approval to have the school's programs participate in GI Bill benefits, to request a full reapproval of currently approved programs, or to update the school's information.

The PDF is four pages: six parts covering general information, degree programs, school certification and acknowledgements, medical school information, institution contacts and the authorizing official's certification, then an instructions page. The institution's authorizing official initials the requirements in line items 7 to 10.

VA's form page says the school can also apply online. You can fill out the PDF free in your browser on this page and download the result without an account.
