Principles of Excellence for Educational Institutions
VA Form 22-10275 is the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Principles of Excellence for Educational Institutions agreement. It is a school form, not a student or Veteran application. VA's form page says an educational institution uses it to participate in the Principles of Excellence program, and can also use it to stop participating at any time.
The form says the Principles of Excellence come from Executive Order 13607, signed April 27, 2012, for educational institutions serving service members, Veterans, spouses and other family members. By initialing, signing and submitting the form, the institution agrees to the eight provisions in Items 1 to 8.
The PDF has three pages: the agreement and its eight items, the list of participating locations, contacts and the authorizing official's signature, then the instructions. VA's page says you can also apply online. You can fill out the PDF free in your browser on this page and download the result without an account.
