Standard Form 1429 (SF 1429): Inventory Disposal Schedule - Continuation Sheet

Standard Form 1429 (SF 1429), Inventory Disposal Schedule - Continuation Sheet, is a one-page item table with a Paperwork Reduction Act statement on the back. Its footer says it is prescribed by GSA-FAR (48 CFR) 53.245(e) and 53.249(b), while GSA's page lists the authority as FAR (48 CFR) 53.245(g). GSA hosts it in its forms library. The edition printed on the form is STANDARD FORM 1429 (REV. 10/2023), with OMB Control Number 9000-0075 and an expiration date of 7/31/2028.

The sheet carries the schedule reference number in Block 2 with a page number and the number of pages, then gives rows for more items in columns numbered 13 to 23: item number and description, Government furnished or contractor acquired, DML (demilitarization) code, property classification, Government part or drawing number, condition code, quantity, unit of measure, unit and total cost, and the contractor's offer. The Inventory Disposal Schedule itself is Standard Form 1428.
