Sale of Government Property - Item Bid Page - Sealed Bid - Column Format
Standard Form 114A (SF 114A), Sale of Government Property - Item Bid Page - Sealed Bid, is a one-page sheet for entering bid prices in a sealed bid sale of government property. The footer says it is prescribed by GSA FPMR (41 CFR) 101-45.3, and GSA hosts a copy in its forms library. GSA's page lists it as the column format of the item bid page.
The page has three sets of Item No., Unit Price Bid and Total Price Bid columns, boxes at the top for the IFB number and page number, and a footer for the bid number and the name of the bidder. The form says to enter a price per unit and extend the total when bids are solicited in units of each, foot/centimeter, pound/kilogram, etc., and to enter only a total price for the lot when bids are solicited by the lot.
The footer says it is authorized for local reproduction and that the previous edition is not usable. You can fill it out free in your browser on this page and download the result without an account.

Two boxes at the top right for the IFB number and the page number of the bid sheet.
One line under the title explains when to enter a unit price and extend the total, and when to enter only a total price for the lot.

Three Item No. columns, one at the start of each set, for the item numbers being bid on.
Each set has a Unit Price Bid column and a Total Price Bid column next to its item number.
At the bottom, a bid number box to be filled in by the sales office and a box for the name of the bidder and identification number, if applicable.
Fill in the IFB NUMBER and PAGE NO. boxes at the top of the sheet.
Write the item number for each line in an Item No. column. The page holds three sets of columns side by side.
When bids are solicited in units, the form says to enter a price per unit in the Unit Price Bid column and extend the total to the Total Price Bid column.
When bids are solicited by the lot, the form says to enter only a total price for the lot in the Total Price Bid column.
Type or print the name of the bidder and the identification number, if applicable. The bid number box is left for the sales office.
You get the real form, filled in a browser tab, with nothing standing between you and the finished PDF.
The PDF prints no address or delivery method. It is an item bid page for a sealed bid sale, identified by its IFB number, and the sales office fills in the bid number.
The footer says AUTHORIZED FOR LOCAL REPRODUCTION and Previous edition not usable.
