Optional Form 301B-S (OF 301B-S): Volunteer Group Sign-up Form (Spanish)

Optional Form 301B-S (OF 301B-S) is the Spanish-language edition of the Volunteer Service Agreement, Natural and Cultural Resources Volunteer Sign-up Form for Groups. It is printed in Spanish under the title "Acuerdo de Servicio Voluntario - Formulario de Inscripción de Voluntarios de Recursos Naturales y Culturales para Grupos", and its footer reads "Spanish OF 301B". The footer names USDOI, USDA, USDOC and USDOD, and the burden statement names the U.S. Departments of the Interior, Agriculture, Defense and Commerce. GSA hosts a copy in its forms library.
