GSA Form 1160: Guide for Assembling Specifications, Specification Drawings, and Bid Forms

GSA Form 1160, Guide for Assembling Specifications, Specification Drawings, and Bid Forms, is a two-sided General Services Administration (GSA) form, printed as GSA FORM 1160 BACK (REV. 4-84) on its reverse. GSA hosts it in its forms library, and GSA's page lists no authority or regulation for it.

Its subtitle reads Construction Contracts estimated to exceed $25,000. The front is a checklist of the items that make up a project specification, in four groups: the first volume, the technical specification manual, additional volumes and a last volume of bid forms. Each item has a Check (/) column and a Number of Copies column, and there is a Project No. block and a Remarks space.

The reverse gives special reproduction instructions for the forms in the package. You can fill it out free in your browser on this page and download the result without an account.
