Voucher for Transfers Between Appropriations and/or Funds
Standard Form 1080 (SF 1080), Voucher for Transfers Between Appropriations and/or Funds, is a one-page voucher between two federal offices: the office receiving funds and the office charged. Its header reads Revised April 1982, Department of the Treasury, I TFRM 2-2500. GSA hosts a copy in its forms library.
The form lists the articles or services by order number, date of delivery, quantity, unit price and amount, with a total. The office charged certifies that the articles were received and accepted or the services performed as stated and should be charged to the appropriation(s) and/or fund(s) indicated, or that an advance payment requested is approved. Each office gives its accounting classification.
