Form 14446 (pt): Virtual VITA/TCE Taxpayer Consent, Portuguese Version

Form 14446 (pt) is the Portuguese version of Form 14446, Virtual VITA/TCE Taxpayer Consent. The three-page PDF is printed in Portuguese under the title Consentimento Virtual do Contribuinte VITA/TCE, for taxpayers at Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) and Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) sites who read Portuguese. The English edition is Form 14446.

The Portuguese text says the form is required when the intake/interview and/or the quality review are not done in person between the taxpayer and the VITA/TCE volunteer. The site fills in Part I (Parte I) and Part II, naming the virtual method it uses and how it handles each step. The taxpayer answers the questions in Part III and signs, and on a joint return both spouses sign.

You can fill it out free in your browser on this page and download the result without an account.
