Form 6729-C: VITA/TCE Return Review Sheet

The form points to Document 13341, Field, Remote and Return Review Resource Guide, for guidance.

The form says Question 31 is the measurement question for determining if a return is accurate. You can fill out Form 6729-C free in your browser on this page and download the result without an account.
