Supporting Documents for Dependents (Spanish Version)
Form 14819 (sp) is the Spanish version of Form 14819, Supporting Documents for Dependents. Its Spanish title is "Documentos de Apoyo para los Dependientes." It is a two-page IRS list, written in Spanish, of the photocopies to send for a dependent claimed on a return. The English footer says it was previously identified as Form 886-H-DEP.
The top of page 1 has spaces for the taxpayer name, taxpayer identification number and tax year. Three tables follow, each read as "Si usted está" or "Si la persona es" (if you are, if the person is), "Y" (and), and "Entonces, favor de enviar fotocopias" (then please send photocopies): one for parents who are divorced, legally separated or living apart, one for a qualifying child and one for a qualifying relative. Page 2 lists proof that the taxpayer provided more than half of the dependent's total support.
The header prints the date in Spanish, "octubre de 2026", and the tables refer to 2026. You can fill in the header free in your browser on this page and download the form without an account.
