VA Form 22-10201 is the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs VET TEC Employment Certification Form. Its Privacy Act text says it allows veterans who participated in a Veteran Rapid Retraining Assistance Program (VRRAP) or Veteran Employment through Technology Education Courses (VET TEC) program to certify to VA that they have found employment in a field related to their program of education. It also says some of the information is used in VA reports to Congress on outcome measures.
The PDF is two pages. The Veteran completes Part I and Section I of Part II, and a Certifying Official completes Section II of Part II. The form asks the Veteran to be prepared to provide proof of employment, such as an offer letter, pay stub, promotion offer or note from a manager.
