Request for Reimbursement of National Exam Fee (VA Form 22-0810)
VA Form 22-0810 is the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Request for Reimbursement of National Exam Fee. VA's form page says to use it when you want to use your VA education benefits to get paid back for tests required for the college or graduate school admissions process. The form covers one exam per form.
The form is two pages. Page 1 has Part I identification, the VA education information in Item 6, Part II exam information and Part III certification and signature. Page 2 has the item instructions, help contacts and the two Regional Processing Office addresses. The form says applicants who have not already done so apply separately for VA benefits. VA's page says you can apply online instead of sending the paper form. You can fill out the PDF free in your browser on this page and download the result without an account.
