Notice of Disagreement (PCAFC Decisions)
VA Form 10-307 is the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Notice of Disagreement (NOD) for the Program of Comprehensive Assistance for Family Caregivers (PCAFC). The form says to use it only for a PCAFC decision issued prior to February 19, 2019, and not to use it to appeal a PCAFC decision issued on or after February 19, 2019.
The form says it is for people who applied for or participated in PCAFC, disagree with a decision VA issued before that date and would like to initiate an appeal. It names an initial VA Form 10-10CG application decision, a decision that someone is no longer eligible to participate, or any other PCAFC decision. For anyone who needs more information about their PCAFC decisions first, it points to VA Form 10-306.
The form is three pages: frequently asked questions, instructions for each part, then Parts I to IV for Veteran information, caregiver information, the specific issues of disagreement and the certification and signatures. You can fill out the PDF free in your browser on this page and download the result without an account.
