Standard Form 25B (SF 25B): Continuation Sheet (For Standard Forms 24, 25, and 25A)

Standard Form 25B (SF 25B), Continuation Sheet (For Standard Forms 24, 25, and 25A), carries extra corporate surety blocks for a bid, performance or payment bond. Its footer prints STANDARD FORM 25B (REV. 10/2023), Prescribed by GSA - FAR (48 CFR) 53.228(d), and GSA hosts a copy in its forms library. GSA's page says the form is intended for use by government contractors and contracting personnel for compliance with and management of financial security requirements in Federal Government contracts.

The sheet names the principal, marks the type of bond as Bid (SF 24), Performance (SF 25) or Payment (SF 25A), and gives blocks for corporate sureties lettered H through Y across three pages. It carries OMB Control Number 9000-0001, Expiration Date 1/31/2027, and prints no instructions of its own beyond the Paperwork Reduction Act statement.

That statement estimates 1 hour to read the instructions, gather the facts and answer the questions. You can fill it out free in your browser on this page and download the result without an account.
