Student Volunteer Services Agreement

The form says GSA and an educational institution enter into the agreement, in accordance with the provisions of 5 U.S.C. 3111, to provide for the acceptance of the volunteer (unpaid) services of a named student between two dates.
The front names the institution, the student and the dates, leaves space to describe the services GSA accepts, and lists what GSA and the educational institution each agree to.
