Imprest Fund Cash Count
GSA Form 2094, Imprest Fund Cash Count, is a General Services Administration form, Rev. 2/1986. GSA hosts it in its forms library.
The form records a count of an imprest fund held by a cashier. It lists the number and amount of each bill and coin, then uncashed Treasury checks, unvouchered receipts, interim receipts (SF 1165) on hand and reimbursement checks due from Treasury, and compares the total accounted for with the total imprest fund advanced. It also records the security precautions in use and asks whether any interim receipts are more than five working days old.
The person who performs the count signs it, the cashier signs that the cash and documents were counted in their presence and returned, and a section is completed by the Financial Director or designee. You can fill it out free in your browser on this page and download the result without an account.
