AO 466
Waiver of Rule 32.1 Hearing
AO 466, Waiver of Rule 32.1 Hearing (Violation of Probation or Supervised Release), is a one-page form from the U.S. Courts for a criminal case in a United States District Court, captioned United States of America v. the defendant. The U.S. Courts page lists it under Defendant Consent and Waiver Forms, effective on December 1, 2017, and the PDF prints the edition AO 466 (Rev. 12/17).
In the form, the defendant states an understanding of having been charged with violating the conditions of probation or supervised release in a case pending in another district, and of having been informed of the charges and of five rights. The defendant then checks which of four waivers apply, and consents to the issuance of an order requiring their appearance in the prosecuting district where the charges are pending. The defendant and the defendant's attorney sign it.
This page explains the form in plain words and is not legal advice, and it does not say whether any waiver fits a case. You can fill it out free in your browser on this page and download the result without an account.
