1040-NR
Itemized Deductions (Spanish Version)
Schedule A (Form 1040-NR) (sp) is the Spanish version of Schedule A (Form 1040-NR), Itemized Deductions. On the PDF it is titled "Anexo A (Formulario 1040-NR), Deducciones Detalladas," and every line label is in Spanish. The English edition is Schedule A (Form 1040-NR).
The schedule says "Adjunte al Formulario 1040-NR" (attach to Form 1040-NR), so it is filed with that return, not on its own. It is one page with eight lines in four sections: taxes you paid, charitable gifts to U.S. organizations, casualty and theft losses, and other itemized deductions. The total on line 8 is also entered on line 12 of Form 1040-NR.
This is the 2025 schedule. It points to www.irs.gov/Form1040NRSP for instructions and the latest information. The PDF can be filled out free in the browser on this page and downloaded without an account.

State and local income taxes on line 1a, and on line 1b the smaller of line 1a and $40,000 ($20,000 if married filing separately).
Gifts by cash or check, gifts other than cash or check, carryover from the prior year, and their total.
Losses from a federally declared disaster, other than net qualified disaster losses, taken from line 18 of Form 4684.
Other deductions from the list in the instructions, with the type and amount of each written in.
The sum of the far right column for lines 1b to 7, also entered on line 12 of Form 1040-NR.
Enter state and local income taxes on line 1a. On line 1b enter the smaller of line 1a and $40,000 ($20,000 if married filing separately). The schedule says to see the instructions if Form 1040-NR line 11b is more than $500,000 ($250,000 if married filing separately).
Enter cash or check gifts on line 2 and other gifts on line 3, then any carryover on line 4, and add them on line 5. The schedule says to see the instructions for a gift of $250 or more, and to attach Form 8283 if the line 3 donation is more than $500.
A caution in the margin says to see the instructions when a gift was made and a benefit was received for it.
Attach Form 4684 and enter the amount from its line 18.
List the type and amount of each other deduction on line 7. Add lines 1b to 7 on line 8 and enter the total on Form 1040-NR line 12.
You get the real form, filled in a browser tab, with nothing standing between you and the finished PDF.
The schedule says to attach it to Form 1040-NR. It prints no separate mailing address.
Line 3 says to attach Form 8283 if the donation, other than cash or check, is more than $500.
Line 6 says to attach Form 4684. A caution at the top says to see the line 7 instructions when claiming a net qualified disaster loss on Form 4684.
The schedule points to www.irs.gov/Form1040NRSP for the instructions, and to the Instructions for Form 1040-NR for the privacy and paperwork notices.
