Part 1: The person filing
A-Number and USCIS online account number if any, full name, the company or organization named in the related case, mailing and physical address, and the Item 8 box for who is making the request.
I-907
Request for Premium Processing Service
Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing Service, asks USCIS to handle an eligible petition or application faster. The USCIS page lists Form I-129, Form I-140, certain categories of Form I-765 and certain classifications of Form I-539.
The instructions say Premium Processing Service guarantees that USCIS will take one of several actions (an approval notice, a denial notice, a notice of intent to deny or a request for evidence) within a set timeframe that depends on the classification or category. If USCIS does not act in time, the premium processing fee is refunded and the case keeps being processed. USCIS may keep the fee and not act in time if it opens an investigation for fraud or misrepresentation.
The request can be filed with the related form or later, as long as USCIS has not made a final decision on it.

A-Number and USCIS online account number if any, full name, the company or organization named in the related case, mailing and physical address, and the Item 8 box for who is making the request.
Form number, receipt number, classification or eligibility requested, the petitioner or applicant, the beneficiary, the company point of contact, the EIN and the address named in the related case.
An acknowledgment of the refund rule, the interpreter and preparer statements, contact details, the certification under penalty of perjury and the signature.
Name, business, address, contact details, certification and signature of anyone who interpreted or prepared the request.

Space for longer answers, each tied to a page, part and item number.
The instructions call for a separate Form I-907 for each petition or application. The USCIS page says unrelated or extra Forms I-907 in the same envelope delay processing.
For an upgrade of a pending petition, the instructions say to complete Items 1 to 8, and for a filing together with a petition, Items 1, 3, 4 and 5. An application filed together needs Items 1, 3 and 4.
The USCIS page says that if Part 1, Item 4 is blank, the names in Part 1, Item 3 and Part 2, Item 4 (and Item 5 for Form I-129 or I-140) are completed, and N/A or none is not accepted there.
Type or print legibly in black ink. The instructions say to write N/A where a question does not apply and None where a numeric answer is zero.
The instructions say a request without a handwritten signature is returned with the fee, and a stamped or typed name is not accepted. This page lets you fill the form online free, then print it for signature.
You get the real form, filled in a browser tab, with nothing standing between you and the finished PDF.
The USCIS page lists two options: online through a USCIS online account, or by mail. Its Forms Available to File Online page says when online filing applies.
By mail, the address depends on the related form: the Form I-129 or Form I-140 page, or the Direct Filing Addresses page for Form I-765 or Form I-539. USCIS changed the filing location on Oct. 7, 2026, and accepts forms postmarked on or before Nov. 9, 2026, at a prior location.
The instructions list 15 days for designated Form I-129 classifications and Form I-140 EB-1 (E11, E12), EB-2 non-NIW and EB-3 categories, 45 days for EB-1 (E13) and EB-2 NIW, and 30 days for Form I-539 and Form I-765, the last three counted after all prerequisites are met.
The instructions say a request for evidence or a notice of intent to deny stops the timeframe, and a new one starts on the date USCIS receives the response.
The fee is on the USCIS Fee Schedule page (Form G-1055), which can change. The instructions say it is in addition to all other filing fees, and the checklist asks for a separate payment from the related form's.
Missing required Part 2 items or names leads to rejection with the fee returned. The USCIS page also says Forms I-907 for separately filed petitions in the same packet delay all of the forms.

Part 1, Item 8 has boxes for the petitioner or applicant who is filing or has filed a request eligible for Premium Processing Service. The instructions say a request is possible only if you filed the related benefit request.
A representative may file for the petitioner or applicant. The instructions say Form G-28 is filed too unless one is already in the case, and a new Form G-28 makes the new attorney the attorney of record.
The instructions say Form I-907 may not be filed by a beneficiary or co-applicant of the primary form, and premium processing cannot be requested for a benefit request reopened after an initial decision.
The instructions list designated classifications under Forms I-129, I-140, I-539 and I-765, and say a request is possible only where the USCIS website has announced premium processing is available for that benefit.
The USCIS page names F-1 students seeking OPT or a STEM OPT extension on Form I-765, and Form I-539 requests to change to F, M or J classifications and their dependents.

The instructions say the premium processing fee is refunded and USCIS keeps processing the case, unless it opens an investigation for fraud or misrepresentation.
The USCIS page lists online filing through a USCIS online account as one of two options, with mail as the other. The Forms Available to File Online page says when online filing applies.
USCIS fees change, so this page does not list one. The I-907 page points to the USCIS Fee Schedule, and the instructions point to Form G-1055.
