Standard Form 330 (SF 330): Architect-Engineer Qualifications

Standard Form 330 (SF 330), Architect-Engineer Qualifications, is the form federal agencies use to obtain information from architect-engineer (A-E) firms about their professional qualifications. The form prints "Prescribed by GSA - FAR (48 CFR) 53.236-2(b)", Rev. 7/2021, with OMB Control Number 9000-0157 and an expiration date of 9/30/2029. GSA hosts it in its forms library.

The form says federal agencies select firms for A-E contracts on the basis of professional qualifications as required by 40 U.S.C. chapter 11, Selection of Architects Engineers, and Part 36 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Part I presents the qualifications for a specific contract. Part II presents the general qualifications of a firm or a specific branch office of a firm.

The PDF has eight pages of instructions, including lists of discipline and experience codes, followed by the six form pages. The form says individual agencies may supplement its instructions. You can fill it out free in your browser on this page and download the result without an account.
