Annual Attendance Record (Clients) (Part-Time Employees) - 2026
Optional Form 873A (OF 873A), Annual Attendance Record (Clients) (Part-Time Employees) - 2026, is a two-page yearly record of a part-time employee's pay and leave. The PDF names no issuing agency. GSA hosts it in its forms library. The footer reads OPTIONAL FORM 873A (REV. 1/2026) and says the previous edition is not usable.
The form says it is for timekeepers to use in recording daily and bi-weekly pay and leave activity, and that it is a record of what should be recorded into the official payroll system. Its leave earned table works from hours worked: annual leave of 1 hour per 20, 13 or 10 hours worked by leave category, and 1 hour of sick leave for each 20 worked, regardless of category.
The front has a day by day grid for the 2026 pay periods with hours worked and leave balances, and the back has columns for other leave and premium pay. It is marked CUI When Filled In. You can fill it out free in your browser on this page and download the result without an account.
