Student Loan Repayment Service Agreement
GSA Form 3692, Student Loan Repayment Service Agreement, is a General Services Administration form, Rev. 3/2026. GSA's page lists its authority as 5 U.S.C. § 5379. The form says GSA agrees to pay the lender the amount listed on the form, net of all employment taxes and income tax withholding, in return for a period of service.
The first part asks for demographic information: the GSA employee's name and employee ID, job title, series and grade, appointment type and date, organization, the gross amount of the student loan repayment (SLR) in U.S. dollars, and the start and end dates of the agency service commitment. The second part is the service agreement text, including when a breach of contract and a repayment obligation occur, followed by the signature of the candidate or employee. A Privacy Act Statement is printed on the back.
