Report of Tax Liability for Semiweekly Schedule Depositors (Spanish Version)
Schedule B (Form 941) (sp) is the Spanish version of Schedule B (Form 941), Report of Tax Liability for Semiweekly Schedule Depositors. The one-page PDF is in Spanish, under the title "Anexo B (Formulario 941): Registro de la Obligación Tributaria para los Depositantes de Itinerario Bisemanal". The IRS lists it as the Spanish Version of the schedule.
The form says it shows the employer's tax liability for the quarter, not its tax deposits. It says the schedule is completed and attached to Form 941 by a semiweekly schedule depositor, or when the accumulated tax liability on any given day was $100,000 or more. Each day's liability goes in the numbered space for the date wages were paid, and the quarter total equals line 12 of Form 941.
The English edition is Schedule B (Form 941), at the same March 2024 revision. The PDF can be filled out free in the browser on this page and downloaded without an account.
