Virtual VITA/TCE Taxpayer Consent (Polish Version)
Form 14446 (pl) is the Polish version of Form 14446, Virtual VITA/TCE Taxpayer Consent. Its Polish title is Zgoda podatnika na procedury wirtualne VITA/TCE, and the IRS made it for taxpayers who read Polish and get help at Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) or Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) sites. The English edition is Form 14446.
The Polish text says the form is submitted when the intake/interview and/or quality review was not carried out in person by a VITA/TCE volunteer. The site explains its process for preparing the return, and in some cases volunteers advise taxpayers of the risk of passing their data to other sites. In the body text, the IRS is called Urząd Skarbowy. The site fills in Part I (Część I) and Part II, and the taxpayer answers Part III and signs.
You can fill it out free in your browser on this page and download it without an account.
