Virtual VITA/TCE Taxpayer Consent (Gujarati Version)
Form 14446 (guj) is the Gujarati version of Form 14446, Virtual VITA/TCE Taxpayer Consent. The IRS made it for taxpayers who read Gujarati and get free help at a Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) or Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) site. The three pages are printed in Gujarati script, while the agency line, the footers and the catalog number are in English. The English edition is Form 14446.
The Gujarati text says the form is required when the intake/interview and/or the quality review is not done in person between the taxpayer and the VITA/TCE volunteer. Where it applies, volunteers advise taxpayers of the risk of moving their data from one site location to another. The site fills in Parts I and II, and the taxpayer answers Part III and signs.
You can fill it out free in your browser on this page and download the result without an account.

Site name, site address (street, city, state, ZIP code), site identification number (SIDN), site coordinator name, and site contact name and telephone number.
Drop off site, intake site, return preparation and/or quality review only site, combination site, and the 100% virtual VITA/TCE process, which the form describes as having no face to face interaction.
Eleven numbered processes: scheduling, securing the consent agreement, intake, identity validation with photo ID and Social Security cards/ITIN letters, interview, preparation, contact, quality review, sharing, signing and e-filing.
The form says IRS employees randomly select free tax preparation sites for review, the site makes any needed corrections, and leaving a return out of the review does not affect the services at the site.
Says federal law may not protect tax return information if the non-IRS virtual systems are hacked or breached without the site's knowledge, and that the sites may not be on federal property.
A Yes or No on using the site's virtual VITA/TCE process, then printed name, date of birth, date, telephone number, email address and a signature, in columns for the taxpayer and the spouse.
The site enters its name, address, SIDN, coordinator and contact, then checks each method, A to E, that it uses to prepare tax returns.
Under each of the 11 processes, the site writes how it is handled. The questions in brackets say what to cover. Item 11 asks whether the return is e-filed immediately or at the end of the day.
Check હા (Yes) or ના (No) on whether an IRS employee may review the return for accuracy if the site that prepares it is selected.
Check Yes or No on using the site's virtual process, enter the printed name, date of birth, date, phone and email, then sign electronically, or type or print the signature.
On a married filing joint return, the spouse fills in the second column with the same details and signs and dates it.
You get the real form, filled in a browser tab, with nothing standing between you and the finished PDF.
The Gujarati text says page three of the form is kept at the site with all other required documents. No IRS mailing address is printed.
Consent is valid for the time the taxpayer specifies. If no period is given, the form says it is valid for one year from the date of signature.
The Gujarati text says the site will not be able to prepare the return using this process.
The form names the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA), by phone at 1-800-366-4484 or by email at [email protected].
The form says the IRS provides oversight requirements for VITA and TCE, while IRS sponsored partners run the sites and manage the operating requirements and volunteer ethical standards.

The IRS lists this edition as the Gujarati Version of Form 14446. The method descriptions, Part II questions and consent text are in Gujarati, and each footer reads Form 14446 (guj) (Rev. 11-2023).
Part I is headed as completed by the VITA/TCE site. In Part II the site explains how it carries out each process when it helps taxpayers remotely.
Answers the accuracy review question in Part III, checks હા (Yes) or ના (No) on using the site's virtual process, and signs electronically or by typing or printing.
The consent disclosure says both spouses sign and date the document on a married filing joint return. The second signature column is labeled for the spouse.
The note under method A says a taxpayer who leaves tax documents at the site and then leaves the site's premises for any reason completes Form 14446. Waiting in another room or a vehicle is not leaving.
The site and the taxpayer each have their own part. The form says page three stays at the site with all other required documents.
