Printing and Binding Requisition to the Public Printer of the United States
Standard Form 1 (SF 1) is the Printing and Binding Requisition to the Public Printer of the United States. The edition is dated February 2014, and its footer cites Title 44 of the U.S. Code, Control No. 1-110. The form names no issuing agency; GSA hosts a copy in its forms library.
A department or government establishment uses it to requisition printing and binding. The form asks for the classification, the publication title, the quantity and type of finished product, billing information, materials furnished and proofs, paper and ink, press and bindery work, and packaging and delivery. Several boxes are marked For GPO Use Only, and fields marked with an asterisk are required.
The second page is for supplemental instructions. You can fill it out free in your browser on this page and download the result without an account.
