Revocable License for Non-Federal Use of Real Property
GSA Form 1582, Revocable License for Non-Federal Use of Real Property, is a General Services Administration form, Rev. 12/2021, and GSA hosts it in its forms library. GSA's page lists the authority or regulation as the Lease Acquisition Handbook and Outlease Program Handbook. The footer says the previous edition is not usable.
The form says a revocable license affecting the described property, for the purpose designated, is granted to the licensee named on it, subject to Special and General conditions. Page 1 holds items 1 to 9, the signature blocks for GSA as licensor and for the licensee, and a Certificate of Corporate Licensee. Page 2 prints General Conditions A to R. Pages 3 to 5 are Exhibit A, a Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (August 2020).
