Consent to Disclose Tax Return Information to VITA/TCE Tax Preparation Sites (Urdu Version)
Form 15080 (ur) is the Urdu version of the IRS consent form that VITA/TCE tax preparation sites give to taxpayers. The text runs right to left in Urdu, from the title through the consent terms to the signature lines, so a taxpayer who reads Urdu can review the consent in that language. Many English loanwords are written in Urdu script with an Urdu gloss in parentheses, such as "کانسینٹ (رضامندی)" for consent. The English edition is Form 15080.
The form writes Global Carry Forward in Urdu script as "گلوبل کیری فارورڈ". The form says it lets TaxSlayer LLC, the provider of the VITA/TCE tax software, make the taxpayer's return information available to any volunteer site in the IRS VITA/TCE program that the taxpayer picks to prepare a return in the next tax season. This edition is dated October 2025 and says the consent is valid until November 30, 2027.
The form says completing it is not required to use the site's tax preparation services. You can fill out the Urdu PDF free in your browser on this page and download it without an account.
