Consent to Disclose Tax Return Information to VITA/TCE Tax Preparation Sites (Italian Version)
Form 15080 (it) is the Italian version of Form 15080, Consent to Disclose Tax Return Information to VITA/TCE Tax Preparation Sites. The IRS publishes it for taxpayers who read Italian and get their return prepared at a VITA or TCE volunteer site. The whole consent text on the PDF is in Italian, under the heading "Consenso al trattamento dei dati reddituali in sede di adempimenti fiscali VITA/TCE". The header is dated Ottobre 2025 and the footer prints Form 15080 (it) (Rev. 10-2025).
The form asks whether the taxpayer agrees to Global Carry Forward. The Italian text says this lets TaxSlayer LLC, the provider of the VITA/TCE tax software, make the return information available to any volunteer site in the IRS VITA/TCE program that the taxpayer picks for next year's return. This edition says the authorization is valid until 30 novembre 2027 (November 30, 2027).
The English edition, Form 15080, has its own page. You can fill out this Italian PDF free in your browser on this page and download the result without an account.

A VITA or TCE site gives the form to the taxpayer, and the taxpayer decides whether to sign it. The Italian text says federal law requires that the consent form be provided to the taxpayer.
