Form 14446 (it): Virtual VITA/TCE Taxpayer Consent, Italian Version

Form 14446 (it) is the Italian version of Form 14446, Virtual VITA/TCE Taxpayer Consent. Titled Consenso virtuale VITA/TCE del contribuente, it was made by the IRS for taxpayers who read Italian and are helped at Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) or Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) sites. The English edition is Form 14446.

The Italian text says the form is requested when the intake/interview and/or the quality review take place without in-person interaction between the taxpayer and the VITA/TCE volunteer. The site explains to the taxpayer the procedure used for the return, and where it applies, volunteers inform the taxpayer of the risk of transferring data from one site to another. The site completes Parte I and Parte II, and the taxpayer answers Parte III and signs.

You can fill it out free in your browser on this page and download it without an account.
