Consent to Disclose Tax Return Information to VITA/TCE Tax Preparation Sites (Somalia Version)
Form 15080 (so) is the Somali version of the IRS consent form that VITA/TCE tax preparation sites hand to taxpayers. The IRS listing calls it the Somalia version. Its title, "Oggolaanshaha Shaacinta Macluumaadka Soo celinta Cashuurta ee VITA/TCE Goobta Diyaarinta Cashuurta", and the rest of the text are in Somali, so a taxpayer who reads Somali can see the consent in that language. The English edition is Form 15080.
The form asks for consent to "Horusocodka Caalamiga ah" and adds the English name, Global Carry Forward, in parentheses. The form says this lets TaxSlayer LLC, the VITA/TCE tax software provider, make the taxpayer's return information available to any volunteer group in the IRS VITA/TCE program that the taxpayer chooses for next year's return. This edition is dated October 2025 (Oktoobar 2025) and says the consent runs until November 30, 2027, printed as "Nofeembar 30, 2027".
The form says filling it out is not needed to take part in the site's return preparation services. You can fill out the Somali PDF free in your browser on this page and download it without an account.
